According to Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, during the 2024 summer peak travel season (from July 1 to Aug 31), the airport expects to transport 4.34 million passengers, averaging 70,000 passengers per day.
The Guiyang-Shenzhen-Milan route resumed operations on May 31 and will operate three round-trip flights per week, on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays (departing from Guiyang).

The Y477 "Colorful Guizhou" train began its maiden trip from Guiyang in Southwest China's Guizhou province to Vientiane in Laos on May 8, welcoming over 200 tourists for an eight-day adventure.
