In Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, you can enjoy the stunning beauty of plum blossoms in a nearby park, on a distant hillside, or even along your daily commute.

Shuanglong Ecological Park  

In early spring, the mountain at Shuanglong Ecological Park becomes adorned with plum blossoms, creating a stunning sea of flowers.  

Location: Gate 1, Shuanglong Ecological Park  

Bloom period: Currently in bud, expected to bloom around Feb 20  

Admission: Free

Guizhou Plum Blossom Garden  

Located in the Gui'an New Area, the Guizhou Plum Blossom Garden is about to bloom, with peak flowering expected at the end of February.  

Location: Gaofeng town, Gui'an New Area

Bloom period: Around Feb 22  

Admission: 19.9 yuan per person (subject to change)

Guiyang Botanical Garden of Medical Plants  

In addition to plum blossoms, visitors can enjoy the flowers of begonias, camellias, and magnolias.

Location: No 202 Shachong South Road, Nanming district  

Bloom period: In bloom now and ready for viewing  

Admission: 3 yuan per person

Guanshanhu Park  

Guanshanhu Park is undoubtedly a "hidden gem" for Guiyang locals. As you stroll along the boardwalk, the refreshing fragrance of plum blossoms fills the air, with red blossoms blooming in the breeze.
