Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City strives for interconnected development

The "four cities", namely Guizhou Science City, Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City, Huaxi University Town and Qingzhen Vocational Education City in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, boast advantages in terms of talent reserves and technological development, and are promoting interconnected development and contributing to the "Strengthening the Provincial Capital" campaign.

Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City, as a major part for the interconnection of the four cities, is focusing on finding ways to interconnect industry, technology, talent, and educational development and bring the four cities closer together.

Developing a demonstration zone for digital scenario applications is one of its key goals. To achieve this, it is cooperating with Guizhou Science City and various universities to provide industrialized substitution support for innovation and entrepreneurship projects and teams.

It offers application scenarios for technological achievements in the field of big data and promotes the coordinated development of university research teams and local companies.

At the same time, the innovation city has clarified the primary direction of industry interconnection and deepened industrial development. With the project "Guizhou provincial 'four cities' interconnected sci-tech innovation incubation center", the innovation city has successfully applied for a total of 3.3 million yuan in funding support from the Department of Science and Technology of Guizhou Province.

It has also signed a cooperation agreement with the Guizhou Technology Trading Market to jointly develop the "Guizhou technology transfer service platform".

In the 7.01-square-kilometer core area of Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City, key companies such as Huawei Cloud, NetEase (Xunfeng), and Full Truck Alliance, along with their ecosystem partners, are forming clusters, with labs, research institutes, and incubation bases being established one after another.

Next, Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City will strengthen information exchange and resource sharing with the other three cities, continue to focus on industry, talent, education, and technology, and make new achievements in promoting the interconnection of the "four cities".
