2024 Guiyang and Gui'an spring tea picking season begins

The 2024 Guiyang and Gui'an New Area spring tea picking season and the third "Beautiful Guanshanhu" spring tea picking activity kicked off at the Shenque tea plantation in Zhuchang town, Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on March 29.

As spring tea starts to enter the market, the events were expected to help companies increase revenue and promote Guiyang and Gui'an's tea brand by leveraging Guiyang's advantages in location, ecology, and transportation.

Activities on the day included live broadcasts, tea garden tours, farmers' markets, tea tastings, tea art, and tea picking, providing guests and visitors with a comprehensive tea culture experience.

The events also featured booths that showcased representative tea products from Guiyang and Gui'an, as well as unique agricultural products from Guanshanhu.

The events were expected to further promote the development of Guiyang and Gui'an's tea industry, increase the popularity of the "Beautiful Guanshanhu" initiative, and help Guiyang create a distinctive tea industry brand.
