Guiyang Minhang Hospital now fully built

A completion ceremony for Guiyang Minhang Hospital was held on Dec 12 in the Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The hospital will greatly improve the level of medical support and emergency rescue capabilities offered by Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport.

With a construction area of 2,423 square meters and a total investment of 21 million yuan ($2.94 million), the airport plans to open 20 beds and one dental chair.

Once operations there commence in full, it will have five major functions: medical services, health examinations, health assessments, health education, and health care services, providing airport staff and passengers rapid medical services at their fingertips.

Moreover, the airport's services will now cover four 15-minute community living circles in the Shuanglong zone, driving the development of the surrounding medical and health sectors.
