Pandas attract tourists during New Year holiday

The panda house at Qianling Mountain Park in Yunyan district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, attracted flocks of tourists during the three-day New Year holiday.

In the center of the panda house were cakes made of carrots, apples, grapes, cherry tomatoes, and bamboo leaves.

Two giant pandas named Haibang and Xingbao ate custom-made cakes, a scene which was captured by many tourists.

During the New Year's and Spring Festival holidays, the panda house is open for free from 10 am to 5 pm every day. The best viewing time for giant pandas is from 10 am to 12 am and from 3 pm to 5 pm.
