The journey will take 14 hours and 40 minutes, and tickets will cost at least 1,006.5 yuan ($150.02).

The direct trains each run 2,250 kilometers in total, passing through Chongqing municipality and the provinces of Guizhou, Hubei, Henan, Jiangsu and Shandong, and connecting more than 30 cities and hundreds of scenic spots.

Qingdao is located in the southeast of the Shandong peninsula. It is a megacity with a permanent resident population of more than 10 million. It is an important coastal city in China, a coastal resort and a famous tourist destination.

Tickets for trains on June 21 are now available and passengers can purchase them on the Railway 12306 official website or through mobile application or at the counters of railway stations.
