A look at 2021 Big Data Expo

The China International Big Data Industry Expo (Big Data Expo) is the world's first expo themed around big data and has been successfully held six times since 2015.

The 2021 Big Data Expo will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from May 26-28. It will feature one opening ceremony and one exhibition, plus release conferences, various competitions and other activities.

The opening ceremony will invite government officials, international award winners and academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering to give speeches.

High-end talks and professional forums on subjects such as digital governance, blockchain, 5G, artificial intelligence and other big data related areas will be held from May 25-28.

The exhibition will be held both online and offline. The online exhibition started on May 20 with more than 300 exhibitors, while the offline exhibition will be held from May 26-28 at Guiyang International Conference & Exhibition center, and involve 225 exhibitors.

The release conferences, which are themed around "Big Data Publications", will see the release of 49 scientific and technological achievements and reports on the development of China's big data industry.
