During the third China International Import Expo – or CIIE – which will be held in Shanghai on Nov 5-10, Southwest China's Guizhou province will hold a trade exchange event to drum up business.
The province's best industries will showcase their features and advantages to representatives of international business organizations, chambers of commerce and transnational corporations.
According to the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, by the time the dust has settled, the province will have signed 43 investment projects with a total value of 46.4 billion yuan ($7.04 billion).
It will also have bought procurement items involving medical equipment, technology equipment, daily goods, agricultural products, natural rubber, ore and services.
