Hîncești, Moldova

Guiyang built international cooperation with Hîncești in 2015. Hîncești is located 33 kilometers southwest to the Moldovan capital Chisinău. The city has a population of 16,900. 

Hîncești focuses on manufacturing, services and tourism industry, of which the clothing industry accounts for 10 percent of the city's total industrial output. The city's main products include wine, fruit, canned vegetables (pure green), milk and dairy products, leather goods, slippers and clothing etc.

Hîncești has approximately 300 companies. The city's education system covers general education, vocational education and other forms education.
