Guiyang sees high-quality economic development

Guiyang has improved significantly in overall strength since the start of the reform and opening-up 40 years ago. Its efforts to seek quality growth have paid off, as the city's economy has witnessed particularly strong growth since the 18th CPC National Congress. Its growth rate has been the highest among the country's provincial capitals for six years in a row.
