Business environment continually improves

The city of Guiyang in Southwest China's Guizhou province had 757 certification documents canceled in 2018, reducing the amount of documentation companies and people need to provide by 30 percent or more. There were 48 one-stop administrative services, and it now only takes five business days for a company to be established. Guiyang became one of the first pilot cities for the construction project approval system reform, which has reduced the timeframe for the approval of construction projects to within 100 days. Guiyang jumped up to 14th place on China's business environment index from 30th in 2017.
