Since the beginning of this year, Guiyang Free Trade Zone (FTZ), in collaboration with Zhucheng Customs and Guiyang International Land Port, has focused on clearing bottlenecks in foreign trade logistics and helping real-economy industries expand globally.

It has committed to building an efficient international export channel for "Guizhou-made" products and has introduced an innovative combined customs clearance model featuring "direct transfer within the zone + one declaration for multiple vehicles + railway fast-track clearance", effectively addressing the challenges of exporting high-end manufactured products in batches.
In September last year, with the support of Zhucheng Customs, the first case of the "direct transfer within the zone" model was implemented in Guiyang FTZ.
Building on this, a full-chain tailored solution was developed to address pain points in Geely Automobile's KD parts exports – such as multiple vehicles needed for goods, cumbersome customs procedures, and difficult vehicle scheduling.

At the front end, relying on the Guizhou International Consolidation and Distribution Center, enterprises are allowed to transport export goods into the zone in batches through a "consolidation and distribution into the zone" approach, and gather them together in a unified manner; at the middle end, through "direct transfer within the zone", the conversion of non-bonded goods to bonded goods status is quickly completed, eliminating redundant declaration and secondary transfer procedures; at the back end, centralized declaration and exit from the zone is implemented through "one declaration for multiple vehicles", seamlessly connecting with the "railway fast-track clearance" model of Guiyang International Land Port for rapid marshalling and dispatch.
Since 2026, 13 China Railway Express freight trains special for Geely and 224 large containers on the Guizhou-Guangdong freight train service have been operated. The transportation cycle for Geely's KD parts exports to Central Europe has been further shortened, and logistics costs have been significantly reduced.
This model replaces the previous approach, which relied on coastal and border ports to ship Guizhou products overseas. It enables one-stop customs clearance and nearby departures, while providing robust logistics support for Guizhou's high-end manufacturers to deepen their presence in the European market and expand internationally.
