As September arrives, the 1,000-mu (66.67-hectare) hydrangea viewing season at Guizhou Plum Blossom Garden is drawing to a close. However, more than 300 mu of pink muhly grass and impatiens balsamina have begun blooming in succession, keeping visitor enthusiasm undiminished.

The misty, hazy pink muhly grass and the riotously colorful impatiens balsamina weave together into a romantic "colorful ocean", once again making Guizhou Plum Blossom Garden a top choice for weekend short trips.

Utilizing the garden's unique resources and its growing popularity, Gaofeng town in Gui'an New Area has launched a "ticket-linked consumption promotion" campaign.

This initiative connects consumption links such as dining and accommodation, creating an integrated "flower-viewing + eating, staying, and recreation" value chain, transforming the single-purpose "flower-sea tour" into a "golden key" that advances rural vitalization.

The garden is themed around plum blossoms, with a planned total area of over 8,000 mu. In addition to more than 1,800 mu of plum trees, it features various other flower-themed gardens.

This year, the park completed comprehensive upgrades and quality improvements. The core hydrangea viewing area was expanded to 1,000 mu and divided into four functional zones: variety display, thematic landscapes, science education, and leisure experience.

Guizhou Plum Blossom Garden adheres to the philosophy of "scenery in all four seasons and flowers to enjoy every month". Through scientifically layered planting and staggered maintenance schedules, it has extended the viewing period from the winter-spring plum blossom season to summer hydrangeas, autumn pink muhly grass, and impatiens balsamina, achieving a garden experience where "every month offers flowers in bloom, and each season brings a different view".

The garden is currently accelerating the development of additional themed areas, including a pampas grass garden, a camellia garden, and a crape myrtle garden. During the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, a series of themed activities featuring flower viewing, garden strolls, and folk culture experiences will also be launched. All visitors are warmly welcome to come and enjoy an autumn floral rendezvous.
