Expansive clusters of purple vervains were in full bloom at the Shimen Jinxiu Tianyuan Scenic Area in Gaopo Miao township, Huaxi district of Guiyang, on May 26, stretching into a romantic sea of flowers.

Many visitors were seen strolling along the footpaths amid the blossoms, stopping to admire the view and take photos, fully enjoying the idyllic rural scenery.

Located at an altitude of around 1,500 meters, the scenic area enjoys pleasantly cool weather in summer, making it a popular destination for flower viewing and outings on the outskirts of Guiyang.
