As spring breezes sweep across the landscape, thousands of hectares of cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom, with the much-anticipated 2026 Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area Cherry Blossom Half Marathon on its way.

Registration for this "race blooming in spring" opened on March 1.

From its "women-only" gentle debut in 2024 to its full-scale upgrade in 2025, the Guiyang and Gui'an Cherry Blossom Half Marathon has continued to grow.

This year, the event remains committed to the principle of "public participation with a professional half-marathon." As one of the core events of the "Running Guiyang" series, the half-marathon is not only a sports gathering but also a catalyst for deepening the integration of sports and cultural tourism, promoting sports consumption, and exploring new pathways for the race-based economy.
