Nanming launches one-stop service hubs for businesses

Guiyang's Nanming district has launched its first batch of "Enterprise Home" one-stop service hubs at bank branches, bringing government and financial services closer to local businesses.

The four new service hubs are located at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)'s branches on Ruijin South Road, Nanpu Road, Jiaxiu, and Hongtongcheng.

They integrate resources from more than 40 government departments to create a convenient 15-minute service network for businesses. The hubs provide 24 services covering the entire business life cycle, from startup and financing to growth and expansion.

For new businesses, the hubs enable entrepreneurs to complete company registration and simultaneously handle tax, social security, medical insurance, and housing provident fund registration. Qualified businesses can also open corporate bank accounts at the same location after obtaining their business licenses, reducing administrative procedures and startup time.

Financing is another key service. Businesses can submit financing requests on site, receive tailored recommendations for suitable loan products and learn about interest subsidies and guarantee policies. Inclusive financing products offered by ICBC are also available for consultation and application, helping small and micro-sized businesses ease funding pressures.

The hubs also provide one-stop startup support, including guidance on entrepreneurship subsidies and guaranteed loans for eligible groups such as university graduates, veterans, and people facing employment difficulties.

In addition, dedicated government service staff members at each hub provide free assistance with business policies, legal and contract consultations, tax and financial compliance, recruitment, and site selection. Business-related requests can be registered and transferred to the relevant departments for timely handling and feedback.
