Nanming district in Southwest China's Guizhou province is making a concerted effort to enhance its industrial development capacity by implementing a "one core, two wings" spatial development strategy.
This strategy centers on the Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park as its core, with the Ergezhai area as its southern wing and the Hongyan area as its northern wing.
The Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park "core" features practical and stylish designs, multifunctional standard factories, green gardens, and supporting dormitories and canteens. The neatly arranged factories and embedded enterprises create a robust industrial economic line for Nanming.
Construction of infrastructure and commercial facilities for the Nanming Green Manufacturing Industrial Park, which refers to the "northern wing" , is underway.
The project, which cost 1.17 billion yuan ($161.46 million), covers an area of 89,200 square meters and a total building area of 176,800 sq m. The construction team works around the clock to ensure timely, high-quality project completion, expanding the industrial economic space in Nanming.
The Guizhou Mantanghong Industrial Park "southern wing" is an intelligent industrial park that integrates production, logistics, modern warehousing, multimodal transport, and information platforms.
The first phase, which focuses on logistics, houses over 110 companies with an annual throughput of nearly 4 million metric tons. The second phase will include 164,000 sq m of high-standard factories, with logistics routes covering all 88 districts and counties in Guizhou province and major cities nationwide.
This makes it one of the leading highway freight parks in the province, driving the robust development of Nanming's industrial economy.
