Nanming: Cultivating a fertile ground for business and investment

In recent years, Nanming district in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been dedicated to enhancing government services and optimizing the business environment, creating a fertile ground for investment and enterprise growth.

To achieve this, the Nanming District Government Service Center has dynamically streamlined administrative processes, establishing a comprehensive online management system.

The center has optimized its layout, extended full-chain services for business establishment, and maintained an average approval time of 33 working days for construction projects.

Additionally, it has coordinated the online processing of municipal access projects, such as water, electricity, gas, and internet, reducing the parallel approval time to 15 working days.

Currently, all services at the Nanming District Government Service Center are available through a "one-window" system, with a 100-percent online processing rate and a 99.99-percent customer satisfaction rate.

As one of the first 29 reform pilot areas in Guizhou, the Nanming District Government Service Center has taken the lead, guided by the "4S" service philosophy. It has constructed a "Home for Enterprises" with a "3+N" service system, exploring various service functions under the frameworks of "Business Services" "Enterprise Requests Handling" and "Implementation of Beneficial Policies".

These services include financial assistance, legal support, talent acquisition, customized enterprise services, request handling, business negotiations, and agency services.
