In just over a year, Microview Electronics (Guizhou) Incorporation has made incredible strides. After establishing itself in the Nanming district of Guiyang city and officially launching its project, the company reached an impressive output value of nearly 70 million yuan in the first quarter of this year.
In July 2023, the company upgraded to a fully automated intelligent data-controlled system in Nanming at astonishing speed, establishing a Class 1 dust-free workshop, three automated production lines, and two highly efficient production lines, all of which continue to operate smoothly.
"All procedures were processed rapidly, with staff providing round-the-clock on-site services, and the government even coordinated financing for us." The "nanny-style" service in Nanming left a deep impression on Lyu Qihong, deputy general manager of the company's R&D center.
"The company has received orders for over 100,000 units, with a significant increase expected in the coming months. Our estimated output value for the year is more than 550 million yuan," revealed Jiang Zhongxi, the company's deputy general manager.
"Electronic paper saves on power, is eco-friendly, and can protect the eyes," explained Lyu. These electronic labels consume power only when the displayed content changes, making them lightweight, durable, and highly favored by retailers.
The company's electronic paper products are being used in seven major areas including smart retail, smart offices, and smart transportation.
By 2025, the company plans to establish 16 fully automated production lines and comprehensively expand its production capacity.
