During this year's Spring Festival holiday, Jan 9 to 17, Nanming district saw a remarkable surge in both tourist visits and revenue.
The district welcomed approximately 983,000 tourists during this period, marking an 80.9 percent increase compared to the previous year. Concurrently, tourism consumption reached an impressive 1.02 billion yuan ($139.73 million), reflecting an 88.98 percent growth.
Notably, the district's three A-level scenic spots saw a collective visitor throughput of 221,300.

Other noteworthy tourist hotspots in the district include Qingyun Road and Cao Zhuangyuan Street. With a vibrant array of activities, such as Spring Festival goods fairs, second-hand exchange markets, and street side concerts, the two locations successfully attracted a significant number of tourists.
In terms of accommodations, approximately 30,000 guests stayed in 23 key hotels across the district.
