Nanming sees thriving tourism sector during New Year's Day holiday

According to the Nanming district bureau of culture, sports, radio, television, and tourism, the just-concluded New Year's Day holiday witnessed a total of 239,200 tourist arrivals in Nanming, generating tourism revenue of 206 million yuan ($28.22 million), marking a prosperous start to the tourism market.

The district's three A-level scenic spots, namely the Jiaxiu Pavilion, Riverside Park, and the Guiyang Medicinal Botanical Garden, received approximately 39,800 visits.

During the holiday period, various cultural and tourism activities in Cao Zhuangyuan Street and Qingyun Road attracted around 205,500 people, reaching a consumption value of approximately 9.8 million yuan.
