A contract signing ceremony and product launch for the Guigang Flower and Bird Market were held in Nanming district on June 28.
The market was established in July 2004 and has become the largest and most popular flower and bird market in Guizhou province after 20 years of development.
However, with the city's rapid development, the original market could no longer meet the needs of urban and market development.
To provide a better business environment for merchants, enhance the shopping experience for consumers, and promote high-quality local economic development, it was relocated to a place 100 meters south of the original market.
The new market covers an area of over 90,000 square meters and has become more multi-functional.
It's now a large-scale leisure and consumer commercial complex and a destination that integrates flower and bird collectibles, leisure and entertainment, authentic cuisine, specialty goods, and daily shopping.
Compared with the original market, it has a larger scale, more complete products, richer formats, a greater density of merchants, reasonable prices, more standardized operations, convenient consumption, and better supporting facilities.
Additionally, the market provides a one-stop night leisure, shopping, and entertainment experience for consumers.
