Nanming district government officials visited Guiyang Nanming Investment (Group) Co on Mar 20 for market investigation. A symposium was held during the visit for listening to the report on the work of Nanming Investment Group and learning about their problems and difficulties.

Zhu Gang, Head of Nanming District, visited various business departments at the company to get an idea of the business development and expressed appreciation to everyone for their hard work. He stressed that Nanming Investmenet Group should further improve its political position and exert all efforts to make greater contributions to the economic development, the urban construction, and the people's livelihood of Nanming.

Relevant district government officials, department staff, and principals of the Huaguoyuan community also attended the symposium. 

Zhu pointed out that Nanming Investment Group has  taken the initiative since last year in the construction of key projects such as Huaguan Road, Renmin Avenue (North Section) and four reclaimed water plants. It has also taken stern actions in the tour inspection of the provincial party committee for rectification and in the central committee's environmental inspection and reform. 

Nanming Investment Group has made outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of Nanming district and even Guiyang city. The achievements are worthy of recognition. Zhu noted that the company should also target at achieving sustainable and healthy development  further improve its business level, further clarify its work priorities, further improve its working mechanism and style, and further consolidate the talent pool.

Zhu also stressed that Nanming Investment Group should further implement the development ideology of One product and one industry leading all to richness of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government. The company shall carry through the policy and deployment of building three development zones out of the district made by the District Party Committee and the District Government seeking to make greater contributions to the economic development, the urban construction, and the people's well-being in Nanming. 

He said that the group must resolutely set off the mission of strengthening and expanding its work, persist in innovation drives, optimize industrial layout, constantly reform institutional mechanisms, strive to adapt to changes and lead over changes, and make the enterprise become a dynamic and competitive market player.

Zhu demanded that the group should effectively promote the enterprise to improve quality and increase efficiency, so as to ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.

He noted that it is necessary to strengthen business learning, further understand the national policy, clarify the direction of industrial development, improve technical strength and professional levels, promote development and prevent risks, as well as expand corporate assets and optimize key projects. 

He also pointed out that it requires a focus on the main business, key tasks and key projects of the provinces and municipalities, scientifically and rationally plan the short-term goals and long-term goals of the enterprise, and promote the implementation of the decisions and deployments made by leaders of the enterprise. 

He said that it is important to strengthen the system construction and further improve key institutional mechanisms such as corporate governance structure, decision-making mechanism, bidding procedures, audit procedures and performance appraisal to improve the efficiency of capital use and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise. 

He further presented that efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of enterprise conduct, create a tense atmosphere of being clean and ethical, entrepreneurial, innovative, responsible, hard-working and aware of time, enhance the sense of mission, responsibility and urgency of the employees, and promote efficient completion of all tasks. 

He stressed that it is vital to consolidate the talent base, vigorously implement the strategy of strengthening the enterprise by talents, constantly broaden the channels for attracting talents and talents training, further optimize the team structure and stimulate their vitality, and thus provide a solid talent base for enterprise development.
