Qingzhen works to enhance civil services

To achieve the "15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30)" development goals, Qingzhen city's civil affairs department is committed to building a more efficient and dynamic civil service system to address its citizens' urgent needs. 

Qingzhen plans to develop community-based facilities to meet local demand for nearby elderly care, while also improving service quality at existing elderly care institutions to ensure seniors receive high-standard, reliable care.

The city is also enhancing its social assistance framework by steadily increasing the minimum subsistence allowance and implementing a comprehensive aid model that combines "funds + materials + services" to provide personalized support, including psychological counseling and rehabilitation guidance, to those in need.

Efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of charitable activities will focus on enhancing the professionalism of charitable organizations, expanding fundraising channels, diversifying donation methods, and fostering a positive charitable ecosystem. The city is further advancing the "government assistance + charitable support" model.

To optimize children's welfare services, Qingzhen is establishing a four-tier linkage mechanism across the city, county, town, and community levels. This includes accelerating the construction of "Children's Home", introducing professional social work and psychological counseling services, and promoting regular children's services.

Throughout the 15 Five-Year Plan period, Qingzhen city's civil affairs department will continue to align its efforts with community needs. By implementing practical measures and delivering heartfelt, people-centered services, Qingzhen aims to ensure more secure elderly care, targeted assistance, and convenient services.
