Funding has been provided to farmers and service providers that deliver technical support and professional agricultural services, with 14 designated cooperatives.
In major grain and edible oil production areas, full-chain mechanized services have been promoted, including plowing, seedling transplanting, pest control, harvesting, and straw treatment. In eco-friendly poultry farming zones, services such as immunization and harmless waste disposal have been made available.
Some cooperatives have been equipped with advanced machinery, professional monitoring sensors, or BeiDou navigation terminals for agricultural use, enhancing their service capacity. As a result, the average production cost of grain and oil crops has been reduced by 15 to 20 percent per mu, production efficiency has increased by more than 30 percent, and satisfaction among service recipients has exceeded 85 percent.
Farmers such as Yang Shilin in Zhanjie town are among the program's beneficiaries: "Whenever we encounter difficulties in planting or breeding, we can call the cooperative's service staff members, and they will come directly to our fields to provide technical support. The government also offers us fiscal subsidies."
