Enterprises based in Qingzhen city of Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, successfully resumed work and operations after the eight-day Spring Festival holiday.
Guizhou Huaren New Material Co is one of them. And at its production workshop, workers are working hard to meet the orders that were received during the festival.
"Our gross production volume in the first quarter of this year will reach 2.3 billion yuan ($320.39 million), quadrupling that over the same period last year. All our management team members and workshop personnel did not take any breaks from New Year's Day to the Spring Festival," said Liu Defu, Party secretary of the company.
As the largest electrolytic aluminum producer in Guizhou, Guizhou Huaren New Material Co has given full play to its role as the leader of Qingzhen's aluminum processing industrial chain.
To ensure a good start in economy, the city's bureau of industry and information technology has formed three work groups to guide local firms to resume work and operation. These work groups also learned about the obstacles and difficulties that these enterprises faced during this resumption process and came up with targeted work plans to help them.
