Qingzhen focuses on care of key groups prior to Spring Festival

On Jan 30, the Qingzhen federation of industry and commerce, along with 11 philanthropic individuals from various enterprises, carried out a caring visit to the elderly in need in Anliu town.

The members of the visiting group engaged in cordial conversations with the residents at each household, inquiring in detail about their family situation, health, and listening to their difficulties and problems. They encouraged the elderly to maintain an optimistic attitude and face life positively. They also extended New Year greetings and blessings to them.

During this event, a total of 16 households were visited, and gifts were distributed, including 20 bags of rice, 20 jugs of cooking oil, 10 boxes of traditional sticky rice cake (huangba), 10 kilograms of meat, and 20 kg of sausages.

The city's women's federation also conducted Spring Festival visits, visiting 10 families that included 38 women and children. During the visits, the visiting group gathered detailed information about their physical health, living conditions, and learning conditions, as well as urgent issues that need to be addressed.

The Chaofeng sub-district, in collaboration with two local enterprises, carefully prepared rice, cooking oil, and other items, and delivered them to local sanitation workers.
