Qingzhen city in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been striving to become a national civilized city.
For this reason, many notable changes have been found on the local street. Public service advertisements can be seen at all the corners of the city's alleys. During the rush hour, traffic police officers with green waistcoats guide motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians to move in an orderly manner.
Qingzhen has also worked with Meituan, one of China's largest online retail companies, asking more than 500 Meituan delivery men to send relevant pamphlets to customers as they receive their takeouts.

In addition, students from local colleges were invited to paint on Qingzhen's 105 weak current boxes, integrating elements such as Qingzhen's landmarks, landscapes, flowers, and intangible cultural heritage items.
Four new primary secondary schools and kindergartens have also been built, adding 4,050 additional studying slots for school-age kids.
