Qingzhen bureau's measures benefit locals, enterprises

The Qingzhen bureau of human resources and social security continues implementing its favorable employment expansion and unemployment insurance policies. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 46,321 insured staff members from 3,166 companies have benefited from the policy.

About 41.76 million yuan ($5.82 million) of entrepreneurship guarantee loans have been issued.

A fast-track court for wage disputes of migrant workers was established, and a green channel for arbitration of unpaid wages for migrant workers opened.

A total of 342 labor dispute cases have been accepted by the bureau, which also conducted 39 visits to companies, resolving 11 enterprise appeals.

The bureau has held "online + offline" recruitment activities to address enterprises' employment demands.

The city has now organized 60 recruitment events, with more than 79,700 job positions provided by 1,364 employing enterprises and over 3,700 employment intentions achieved. The approval process for labor dispatch operations has been streamlined, reducing the processing time from 20 to 10 working days.
