Many residents in Qingzhen, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, are utilizing self-service tax handling machines and real estate registration windows to conduct their businesses. Previously, the average time required for these procedures was 35 minutes, but now it only takes 10 minutes.

"Now, the natural resources and taxation bureaus collaborate to handle the real estate registration process. In the past, we had to submit a multitude of documents. Currently, most of the process is executed on the computer, simply by clicking on the screen. The processing time has significantly decreased, which is a big help for us," said Tian Guiyu, a local resident.

In recent years, Qingzhen has integrated departmental window services, established information and data sharing mechanisms, and constructed a professional and dynamic risk response system.

"In the next step, we will cooperate with relevant departments to establish and implement real-time transmission mechanisms for tax information, as well as two-way verification mechanisms for tax information and real estate registration data," said Gong Guangcui, a staff member of the Qingzhen taxation bureau.
