A skills exhibition activity for social sports instructors in Guiyang opened at the Qingzhen City Training Base of the Guizhou Provincial Sports Bureau on Nov 1.

The purpose of the event is to enhance the professional skills of social sports instructors and promote the development of nationwide fitness.

During the event, social sports instructors demonstrated various professional skills, including tai chi, fitness exercises, and lion dance. These demonstrations not only showcased their expertise to the audience but also conveyed a message of a healthy and scientifically sound lifestyle to the public.

Some instructors also shared their teaching experiences and insights during the event.
