Rao Wenyan and Wang Shan, deputy heads of the bureau of culture, sports, radio, television and tourism of Qingzhen city in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, participated in Qingzhen's promotional short videos that have gone viral online, introducing their hometown's scenery while dressed in special costumes.
