In the aluminum deep processing industrial park of Qingzhen city, Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, construction of the green printing plate project funded by Guizhou Jingfan Technology Co is underway.
"Government officials helped us with preliminary procedures for the project, solved the power supply problem for us, and found working and living places for our staff members," said Shi Anyuan, vice general manager of the company.
The project has reportedly bolstered Qingzhen's aluminum industry, which has formed a supply chain featuring alumina, electrolytic aluminum and high-quality aluminum foil paper. The project is divided into two phases, with a total investment of 920 million yuan ($135.88 million). The company will set up eight intelligent and highly-effective production lines that will generate 2.3 billion yuan in annual output and 80 million yuan in tax revenue, and will employ 500 local laborers.
Qingzhen has taken a series of actions to accelerate project construction, such as unveiling a one-stop corporate service center in the Qingzhen economic and technological development zone, launching the Wangzhuang New City water governance project and building eight standard workshops.
In addition, the government has obtained financial support from the upper levels of governments. Since 2020, Qingzhen has applied for more than 20 special-purpose bond programs whose total investment exceeded 10 billion yuan.
