Qingzhen holds land-themed publicity campaign

Qingzhen city in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, launched a land-themed publicity campaign on June 28 to guide residents in the protection of land resources and enhance the awareness of preserving farmlands.

By hanging publicity banners, establishing exhibition boards, handing out brochures, and conducting quizzes, the government has informed people of relevant laws and measures on the protection of farmlands and prevention and control of natural disasters.

In addition, officials answered questions raised about land expropriation, rural and urban area planning, real estate registration, and rural self-built houses.

A total of more than 200 brochures were handed out, and more than 100 locals participated in the event.
