Qingzhen a top tourist destination during National Day

During the National Day holiday, many of Qingzhen's holiday resorts and scenic spots were packed with tourists from other parts of China, who were struck by the fascinating scenery, learned about local customs and traditions, and tasted local delicacies.

Data from the Qingzhen bureau of culture and tourism shows that from Oct 1-7, the city received 1.05 million visits, up by 11.2 percent year-on-year, and brought in 630.39 million yuan ($94.56 million) in tourism revenue.

Using its rich and diverse tourism resources, Qingzhen launched tourism products involving sightseeing, entertainment, research, and health maintenance.

In addition, Red Maple Lake Scenic Spot, Yachi River, Yadian River, and Yangpi Cave in Qingzhen also received popularity among tourists.
