Qingzhen unveils measures to introduce, cultivate talents

News from Qingzhen's innovative talents headquarter indicates that Qingzhen will unveil a variety of measures to strengthen all links of the county's talent introduction and cultivation. 

These measures include learning about Qingzhen's talents, carrying out research on integrated development, introducing a number of full-time talents, organizing a talent recruitment fair, unveiling a doctor contact work station, nominating a batch of experts in market supervision and regulation, and holding a talent-related lecture. 

The exact number of talents in Qingzhen in six fields – agricultural water conservancy, medical care, education, management, technological innovation, literature, and arts – will be measured. The government has also solicited opinions and suggestions from the public about the feasibility and effectiveness of its talent policies. 

Qingzhen has begun recruiting talents in healthcare, education, advanced equipment manufacturing, mid- and high-end consumer product manufacturing, new energy, new materials, mid- and high-end commerce, modern mountainous agriculture and cultural and tourism, bringing in a total of 62 talents for 55 posts. 

The Global Guizhou Doctor Contact Work Station and  Global Alliance Center for Exchanges between Academicians, Specialists and Doctors were also unveiled in Qingzhen.
