In order to make it easier for people to register their new businesses, the Qingzhen bureau of market supervision and administration in Qingzhen, a county-level city in Guiyang, capital city in Southwest China's Guizhou province, has rolled out a succession of measures in recent years to streamline government procedures, promoting online government services and a special channel for comprehensive affairs with an eye to optimizing the local business environment.
Online government services include business registration procedures, receipt applications, business seal making, account opening appointments and registration of social insurances and housing funds, which are now all available online. Business starters can go through all these procedures within a day.
The special channel for comprehensive affairs has been created to help business starters who used to operate across many different government sectors to finish registration procedures. It includes services in six sectors that cover market regulation, insurance, housing funds and taxes. Entrepreneurs now enjoy the one-day services offered by the special channel.
