Qingzhen, a county-level city in Southwest China's Guizhou province, recently completed construction of its first mid-to-high end, large-scale commercial complex -- Wuyue Plaza – which opened its doors for business on Nov 27.
Wuyue Plaza, which broke ground in July 2019, is one of the major investment promotion projects in Qingzhen.
The total construction area is about 550,000 square meters, with the commercial area occupying 110,000 sq m of floorspace.
The plaza has as its focus nature, culture, art, science and technology, innovation, as well as social interaction and experiences – aiming to provide a new engine driving the economic development of the wider city.
At present, Wuyue Plaza has introduced more than 200 brand businesses including Yonghui Supermarket, Watsons and KFC. They cover daily necessities, catering, clothing, leisure and entertainment.
