Located at the Aluminum Precision and Deep Processing Park in Qingzhen Economic Development Zone in Qingzhen city in Southwest China's Guizhou province, the recycled aluminum project covers an area of 13.3 hectares and has a total investment of 500 million yuan ($70.63 million).
Traffic
The Guizhou-Yunnan Expressway, Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway, Guiyang-Huangping Expressway are located around Qingzhen city. The municipal roads across Qingzhen city, including Yunzhan Road and Xinlucheng Avenue, have been opened to traffic. Qingzhen also has many railway stations, including Yanjiao Railway Station in local Liwo town and Dianchang Railway Station in local Wangzhuangtang village.
The recycled aluminum project is close to Lindai-Zhijin Railway and Chengdu-Guiyang High-speed Railway.
Resources
Qingzhen is rich in bauxite and coal resources. Proven reserves of bauxite resources are estimated at 360 million metric tons and prospective reserves are more than 500 million tons, accounting for 60 percent of Guizhou province's total and 10 percent of the country's, ranking it first in Guizhou province.
Meanwhile, there are three major power plants in Qingzhen city, with a total installed capacity of 3.2 million kilowatts and an annual power generation capacity of more than 20 billion kilowatt-hours.
After production begins of electrolytic aluminum, the aluminum processing companies will undertake the direct supply of aluminum water and aluminum ingots, which can save more than 500 yuan per ton for aluminum water and 200-300 yuan in aluminum ingot transportation costs.
Qingzhen has abundant human resources, which can reduce labor costs and meet the employment needs of companies.
Introduction of the Aluminum Precision and Deep Processing Park
To date, the Aluminum Precision and Deep Processing Park has completed preparations for overall planning, industrial development planning, top-level design, image design and control detailed planning -- as well as the environmental impact assessment and land use planning revision of the park.
The special layout planning for water, power and gas supplies, as well as for sewage, drainage and fire prevention and control in the park have been completed. Infrastructure construction in the core area of the park has been basically completed.
The province's first internet efficient logistics ecosystem that has already been built can effectively reduce distribution times, logistics costs and provide efficient logistics delivery services for resident enterprises of the park.
Additionally, the park has introduced a number of aluminum and aluminum processing projects. These include an aluminum alloy engine block and aluminum profile processing project, an aluminum alloy wheel production project, an aluminum profile and an aluminum packaging materials project -- laying a solid industrial foundation for the development of Qingzhen's aluminum and aluminum processing industry.
