The human resources and social security bureau of Qingzhen city – located in Southwest China's Guizhou province – kick started online training for company staff during the novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control period, according to local officials.
The training focused on improving the professional skills of employees and helping businesses to resume production, officials said.
The county-level city recently held its first online training class for employees of Guizhou Kelun Pharmaceutical Co, with 450 staff members participating.
The program focused on corporate culture, factory regulations, laws and regulations, fire safety, epidemic prevention and control methods, as well as technical knowledge.
Trainee registration, records and test results can be accessed through special software special for the online training.
To date, the city has carried out three online training sessions and trained 970 employees.
After the session, employees receive qualification certificates.
Officials said that subsidies for vocational skills upgrade training will then be allocated to enterprises.
