Qingzhen's largest commercial complex for homebuilding materials opened its doors for business on Dec 6, according to local officials.
The complex was funded and is being operated by Sinka, a unit of Red Star Macalline Group, one of China's homebuilding materials and logistics services providers.
The Sinka shopping mall is located in Baima Road in Qingzhen, in Guiyang, capital of southwestern China's Guizhou province.
Sinka has invested a total of 600 million yuan ($85.2 million) in the shopping mall, which covers an area of 50,000 square meters. The mall sells products such as furniture, home decoration materials and household appliances.
Taking advantage of its geographic location and good environment, Qingzhen has fully integrated itself into the overall development of Guiyang.
As a strategic step for the Red Star Macalline Group, Sinka is committed to build a core commercial circle in Qingzhen that integrates the homebuilding, catering and recreation industries.
Sinka has a full resources chain of about 18,000 brand providers and has businesses in 50 cities.
