Qingzhen Huangshi Winery mainly produces flower and fruit wine, including glutinous rice wine, peach wine, mulberry wine, rose wine and sweet-scented osmanthus wine. The glutinous rice wine is fermented with glutinous rice, water and distiller's yeast. With a rich rice taste, it is used by farmers to entertain guests. Peach wine is fermented with glutinous rice, peach juice, peach pollen juice, water and distiller's yeast. It tastes quite mellow.
Mulberry wine is fermented with glutinous rice, mulberry, water and distiller's yeast. It is fruity and tastes mellow. Rose wine is fermented with glutinous rice, Rose rugosa cv. Plena, water and distiller's yeast. It tastes sweet and delicious. The 22 local specialty wines are welcomed by consumers who drink themselves or present gifts to others.
