Located in the Home Land Campus of Qingzhen Vocational Education City, Home Land Guizhou is 3 kilometers away from the downtown Qingzhen and 23 kilometers away from the downtown Guiyang. With a total planned area of 3046,666.67 square meters, it is divided into northern and southern areas. 

The southern area, with an area of 1327,333.33 square meters, embodies beautiful  mountain civilization ideals through dams, houses, fields, grains and humans. The northern area, with an area of 1719,333.33 square meters, embodies Guizhou's unique water culture through bridges, wells, fisheries, villages, pavilions and towns.

With the theme of "nostalgia", Home Land Guizhou has been built into an agriculture civilization complex which adheres to "ecological civilization and green development", and a nostalgia-themed cultural demonstration zone and an agriculture civilization resort which is based on good rural ecological environment, Yangming Culture and Guizhou Culture. It integrates farming experience, outdoor activities, eco-tourism, and ecological science education.
