A technology company from Guanshanhu district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has been selected as one of 100 AI application scenarios featured at the fifth Global Digital Trade Expo.
Guizhou Lanmeng Gongchang Technology Co presented its self-developed platform for intelligent management of corporate R&D expenses on the expo's main stage. It was the only Guizhou exhibitor selected for the featured showcase among 12.
The platform uses AI algorithms to match R&D expenses with relevant projects in real time while automatically archiving supporting documents. This "real-time collection" model helps companies move away from traditional after-the-fact accounting — cutting repetitive data checks and improving the efficiency and traceability of R&D expense management.
The platform also generates a complete electronic evidence trail, which can support companies in areas including policy applications, financing, information disclosure, and qualification reviews.
As of September 2026, the platform had served more than 300 companies across China, with small and medium-sized enterprises accounting for over 80 percent of its clients. It has also completed algorithm filing with the Cyberspace Administration of China, making it the only company in this specialized field to do so.
