Guanshanhu to add new high-quality primary school

The groundbreaking ceremony for the primary school section of the West Campus of Guiyang School Affiliated to East China Normal University was held in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Over the past five years of cooperation between Guanshanhu and East China Normal University, the Guiyang School Affiliated to East China Normal University has rapidly grown into a high-quality school with brand influence in Guanshanhu, Guiyang, and even Guizhou. It serves as a model and benchmark for educational cooperation between the East and West regions.

During this period, students from the school have won over 700 awards in various national, provincial, municipal, and district-level competitions, ranking among the top in the Guiyang middle school entrance examination results in the past two years.

The newly constructed primary school section covers approximately 24,000 square meters. It is a public school under the jurisdiction of Guanshanhu, designed for 30 classes, and set to open in September 2026.

East China Normal University will continue to bring more high-quality educational resources to Guanshanhu, elevating the educational standards and bringing greater well-being to the district's residents.
