In recent years, Guanshanhu has made continuous strides in building economy initiatives, focusing on precise actions in four key areas: building economy service mechanisms, intelligent building management platforms, building economy guidance measures, and building economy promotion associations.
These efforts have propelled the regional building economy towards repeated upgrades, injecting robust momentum into Guanshanhu's high-quality industrial development.
Since 2021, the district's overall occupancy rate has surged from 72 percent to 87 percent, with resident enterprises skyrocketing from 8,654 to 15,766 and maintaining a steadfast growth trajectory.
The benefits of the building economy have become increasingly evident, with the number of tax-paying enterprises soaring from 2,976 in 2021 to 6,217 in 2024. From 2021 to 2023, the average annual tax revenue of these enterprises surpassed 100 billion yuan ($14.09 billion).
Guanshanhu has nurtured and developed 20 buildings worth over 1 billion yuan, along with 12 industrial development structures.
