After a month of renovation and maintenance, Xiaolongjing Mountain Central Park in Guanshanhu district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, reopened to the public on June 12.
The park not only provides locals with a safer and more comfortable environment to relax and enjoy themselves but also adds to the city's existing green space, enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Covering an area of approximately 94,000 square meters with a green coverage rate of 95 percent, the park features a soccer field, two basketball courts, and winding trails, making it an excellent destination for nearby residents to relax, exercise, and enjoy nature.
Previously, due to long-term neglect, the park's facilities had fallen into disrepair, posing safety hazards. In response, Guanshanhu Urban Operation and Development (Group) Co initiated a comprehensive renovation of the park.

In May of this year, the company began refurbishing the park. Comprehensive upgrades were made to the hiking trails, guardrails, slopes, retaining walls, fences, weak electrical systems, landscaping, and lighting systems, enhancing the visitor experience.
"The park allows everyone to experience endless greenery and tranquility at their doorstep," said a resident in Guanshanhu.
