Cooperation creates new development opportunities in Guanshanhu Fund Town

Guanshanhu Industrial Development Investment (Group) Co signed an agreement with Hunan Xiangjiang New Area State-owned Capital Investment Co on April 18.

According to the agreement, Xiangjiang State-owned Capital Investment will provide robust support to Guanshanhu district in the operation of Guanshanhu Fund Town.

Jointly organized roadshow events will invite participation from both sides, thus facilitating the sharing of roadshow resources. Each party will be responsible for identifying local enterprises with financing needs, and through a team of financial advisors, they will provide these enterprises with matched equity financing services.

The private equity fund management service platform of Xiangjiang Fund Town will also be made available for use by Guanshanhu, further promoting close cooperation and mutual development between the two parties.

Guanshanhu Fund Town is the first fund town in Guizhou province and the only financial service-oriented characteristic town in the province. It has become the province's platform for fund gathering, industry-finance integration, and innovation and entrepreneurship services.

To date, Guanshanhu Fund Town has attracted a total of 46 fund enterprises, with a cumulative subscribed scale of 151.8 billion yuan ($20.95 billion).

Xiangjiang Fund Town is the largest and highest-standard fund gathering area in Hunan province. It has already attracted the headquarters of multiple financial institutions and more than 950 fund institutions, with a total registered fund scale exceeding 400 billion yuan.

The experiences and practices of Xiangjiang Fund Town in terms of fund management operations, fund attraction, risk prevention, and fund town construction and operation will inject strong momentum into the development of Guanshanhu Fund Town.
