Guanshanhu pilot zone achieves strong start in investment promotion for Q1

In the first quarter of this year, the Guanshanhu Modern Service Industry Pilot Zone has embraced high-quality development as its overarching goal and has made significant strides in investment promotion.

Over this three-month period, the pilot zone secured contracts for 10 new projects, completing 50 percent of its annual target. These projects have a total contract amount of 1.48 billion yuan ($204.41 million), achieving 148 percent of its annual target.

The funds in place for industrial project reached 222 million yuan, completing 29.6 percent of the zone's annual target task.

In terms of attracting headquarters-related industrial projects, the pilot zone has already attracted three such projects to settle in the area in the first quarter, with an additional four projects currently in intense negotiations. These projects cover cutting-edge fields such as biotechnology, intelligent operation, maintenance management, and cold chain logistics, all of which will inject new vitality into the vigorous development of the modern service industry in Guanshanhu district.

Moving forward, the pilot zone will continue to fully leverage its overall advantages, closely focus on enhancing its core industrial system, employ capital investment promotion strategies, and actively strengthen cooperation with external sources.
